SonicIQ's Lucid Theme Ported to Mephisto

I’ve done a preliminary port of the Typo Lucid Theme by SonicQ to Mephisto. It seems to be working ok. The sidebar is hardcoded for now. I just copied the stuff I wanted across from the generated HTML on my typo site. YMMV.

Oh yeah, I’ve moved to mephisto, the blog engine by Technoweenie. It’s nice.
